Notice is hereby given that:
Two owners of property in the Village have requested a public hearing
with the Yellow Springs Planning Commission;
1) Preliminary Design Plan – Dayton Yellow Springs Road & E. Enon Road – (Planned Unit Development (PUD) District). Education Village, Inc. in partnership with the Village of Yellow Springs has submitted a preliminary design plan for the purpose of dedicating rights-of-way to the Village of
Yellow Springs for a future mixed use PUD development. The property contains 35.2+ acres and consists of two Greene County Parcels; ID
#F1900010020000300 and Parcel ID; #F16000100060002500.
2) Rezoning Application – 888 Dayton Street – (I-2 Industrial District) – Ted Donnell of Axis Architecture, with acknowledgement of the property owner, Yellow Springs, LLC, has requested a rezoning for the property at 888 Dayton Street from the I-2, Industrial District to the PUD District. The rezoning is being requested in order that the existing structure may be used as a mixed development for a variety of business and industrial uses. The application, as prepared by the petitioners, may be examined at the office of the Village Planner on the 2nd floor of the Bryan Community Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387.
