More than 100 village children age 10 and under took part in the the annual village Easter egg hunt, which as usual was organized by the youth group at the Central Chapel AME Church. Youth from the church stuffed 1,200 eggs with candy for the hunt, along with special eggs that held gold coins or $2 bills, according to youth group organizer Theresa Wagner.
