Joyful noises at Street Fair

Street Fair came to the village once again last Saturday, June 13. The Chamber of Commerce gave anecdotal reports that, though the unusually hot weather meant a thinner-than-usual crowd, many downtown businesses experienced good numbers this year. The heat also sent fair-goers to the fair’s beer garden, which experienced its best year yet.

Despite the punishing sun, music prevailed at this year’s Street Fair, with scheduled acts performing in the pavilion on Xenia Avenue and at the Music Fest on the Bryan Center lawn. As always, buskers lined the sidewalks, offering tunes to fair visitors. Click below to view a slideshow of some of the many entertainers that came out for this summer’s Street Fair.
