OPENING: FINANCE DIRECTOR
VILLAGE OF YELLOW SPRINGS
The Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio is seeking candidates for the position of
Finance Director.
This position is responsible for Village financial accounting, management, com-
pliance and reporting. The Village has a $3.5 million General Fund Budget and
$7 million in Enterprise Fund Budgets (Electric, Water, Sewer, Refuse) as well
as special revenue, debt service and capital budgets.
The Finance Director assists with annual budget preparation, including prepa-
ration of the five-year forecast. The Finance Director is also responsible for
operation of the Utility Billing Office and supervises three (3) employees. The
Finance Director assists the Village Manager, Department Heads, the Mayor
and Council with their respective budgets and oversight.
