Proud crowd
In spite of the heat last Saturday, June 26, villagers and out-of-towners alike gathered in celebration of the 10th Annual Yellow Springs Pride Parade, which toured many neighborhood streets before making the grand pass up Xenia Avenue. The crowd was estimated at 3,000, cheering on approximately 20 participating vehicles.

Late in the evening of Friday, June 18, a turbulent storm blew through the region. The National Weather Service issued tornado warnings for several areas throughout Southwestern Ohio, including Greene County.

Celebrate Pride 2020 in Yellow Springs
The Yellow Springs Pride Committee will kick off the annual Pride celebrations with a car parade on Saturday, June 27, followed by live streamed speakers, music and the announcement of the winners of the “Most Prideful Yard” contest.
