Notice is hereby given that:

Robert Walker, co-owner of the
property owned by Robert A. & Sherry

H. Walker, has requested a variance to
the Village of Yellow Springs Zoning
Ordinance Section 1248.03a (Table)
Dimensional Requirements: Residential
Districts. The variance is being
requested to allow the replacement of
an existing non-conforming covered
porch that is in disrepair. Removing
and rebuilding in the current porch
location would require a ten (10)
feet variance to satisfy the current
twenty (20) feet front yard setback
requirement of the R-B, Moderate
Density Residential District. The
property is located at 220 N. High
Street in Yellow Springs. Applicable
Yellow Springs Zoning Code sections
are: Sec. 1248.03a(Table); Sec.
1282.04(a)(2).
The property is further identified as Greene County Parcel ID
#F19000100020001000.

hearing. The application, as prepared
by the petitioners, may be examined
at the office of the Village Planner on
the 2nd floor of the Bryan Community
Center, 100 Dayton Street, Yellow
Springs, Ohio 45387.
