The guesthouses of Yellow Springs

Several new guesthouses in and around Yellow Springs have recently opened to accommodate overnight visitors. For detailed descriptions of the latest local lodging options, see a full article in the July 1 issue of the News. An extended photo display of the accommodations is below.

Eppley House

The newly remodeled kitchen at the Eppley House features original wood floors and fireplaces in addition to modern appliances.

The Eppley House has an original fireplace in each room, restored chimney cabinets from the period and antiques throughout the house.
Jailhouse Suites

Bob Swaney, owner of Jailhouse Suites, stands before the historic building, which was built in 1879 and used as the town jail until 1929.

The second floor efficiency apartment at Jailhouse Suites has a queen bed, futon and cable amidst modern furnishings.
Springs Cottage

Guests at Springs Cottage can enjoy a private screened-in porch, accessible from its second bedroom.
