Yellow Springs High School senior organizes mock crash before prom

As his senior project, Yellow Springs High School student Zach Kimmett helped to organize a mock crash and emergency response this week at the high school campus. The scene, performed with high school actors near the football field, included several serious injuries and adeath, and was managed by Yellow Springs Police, Miami Township Fire-Rescue, Miami Valley CareFlight and Jackson Lytle Funeral Home. The demonstration, the third to take lace in Yellow Springs over the past four years, was timed the week before prom, scheduled for Saturday, April 12, in Springfield.
