Mills Lawn School Math and Science Night, 2015

Mills Lawn School held its annual Math and Science Night Friday, Jan. 28, with a good number of students putting their hands on everything from edible plants to hovercrafts to a time-space simulator.

The event is held every year; kids visit each booth, attempt to absorb an object lesson about physics, chemistry, optics and math, and then receive a sticker as a reward on their card when they’re finished. A completed card is turned in for a chance at a prize. Of course, everyone knows that knowledge is its own reward.
