Hilda R. Bolle, age 94, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023, at Forest Glen Health Campus.

Arthur E. “Art” Morgan, 91, of Monticello, Indiana, passed away Sunday, Oct. 15, 2023 at IU Health White Memorial Hospital.

Pauline Ramona Brown passed early on the beautiful autumn morning of Oct. 25, in her bed surrounded by her daughters, with the steady hand of Dayton Hospice.

Donald “Kent” Bristol, former village manager of Yellow Springs for 15 years, has passed away in Lakeland, Florida. Kent was 82 years old.

Mail-in early voting ballots returned to Yellow Springs residents who requested them early this month contained an error, which stated that voters select only two candidates for Village Council; there are three open seats to be filled. Corrected mail-in early voting ballots are set to be received by Yellow Springs voters this week if they have not already been received, and are available to be picked up this week at the Greene County board of Elections office.
