AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE TO ENTER INTO THE SUSTAINABLE OHIO PUBLIC ENERGY COUNCIL (“SOPEC”), THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF THE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING SOPEC, APPROVING THE BYLAWS OF SOPEC, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

Mr. Johnny Lee Randall, “Randy,” age 88, went into the warm embrace of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 25, 2023.

Donald Lee Deardorff, 91, of Yellow Springs, Ohio, was united with his Savior on March 29, 2023. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patty McAllister.

In a 3–2 vote at their Saturday, April 1 emergency meeting, Village Council members established new guidelines for those wishing to pass out candy during trick-or-treat.
