Perry League to start up again Friday

Perry League, Yellow Springs’ T-ball program, will kick off for the summer on Friday, June 5, 6:30–8 p.m., at Gaunt Park. The noncompetitive program runs for 10 Friday nights, and will culminate on Aug. 7. Kids can attend any or all of the games, and players and parents can look for a write-up of each game by Coach Jimmy Chesire on the sports page of the YS News every week. As Coach Jimmy says, “All our children, girls and boys, ages 2 to 9 — regardless of race, color or creed, national origin, sexual preference or spiritual inclination — are welcome.” Scroll down to view a gallery of photos from Perry League over the last several years.
