She passed, our best wishes to Claire and family.

  2. Arlene Armstrong says:

During the years I lived in Yellow Springs, Nancy Lewkowicz and I played Scrabble with Pat Olds. For 11 years we met on Friday mornings at Pat’s house to play three games, schmooze and nosh. Pat was well read, offering well thought out opinions on the topics of the day, and she was a very good Scrabble player!

Scrabble was only one of her passions, and she once enlisted me to lead Renaissance children’s games for an early music festival she organized.

After moving to Columbus, I was pleased to see them occasionally and especially pleased that they attend my wedding.

Pat was a sharp lady, and it was my pleasure to know her. She will be missed.
