Conditional Use Application – Yellow Springs Brewery – 305 N. Walnut Street – I-1 Industrial District. Ted Donnell, on behalf of the owners Lisa Wolters and Nate Cornett has made application for the addition of a fence to an outdoor patio area at the Yellow Springs Brewery, which requires a review of retail incidental to the manufacture or production of goods on the premises, not exceeding 30% of the total floor area of the principal building.  Parcel ID# F19000100110025900

Text Amendments -The Village of Yellow Springs is applying for an amendment to the zoning code for the addition of Pocket Neighborhood Developments (PNDs).

Amend Chapter 1262.08 (e) (6) Conditional Use Requirements – the addition of pocket neighborhood developments with specific conditional use requirements.
