A celebration of life for Jessica Rilene Hitchcock Bily will be held Saturday, May 8, from 3:30 to 10 p.m., at Clifton Reserve and Lodge, also known as Prether’s Lodge, located at 2762 S. River Road, just outside Clifton. In addition to the lodge, there is an outside deck, and those attending may bring a chair to sit on the lawn. Boxed lunches will be served; those attending should bring their own beverages, as well as stories and memories. Masks are required and physical distancing will be practiced.
