E&A’s Big Dumb Show to debut this weekend
The sketch comedy production, “E&A’s Big Dumb Show,” is open to audiences at the YS Arts Council building on Friday, Aug. 12, at 8 p.m., twice on Saturday, Aug. 13, at 2 and 8 p.m., and again the following weekend, on Friday, Aug. 26, at 8 p.m., and finally on Saturday, Aug. 27, at both 2 and 8 p.m.
Annual Gaunt event honors foundation, author
The third annual Wheeling Gaunt Community Service Award presentation event, sponsored by the Wheeling Gaunt Sculpture Project Committee and the YS Arts Council, was held virtually on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
Artists under lock and key
Put a Yellow Springs muralist, a Kettering city planner and a Columbus trash artist in a gallery. Add two boxes of random art materials. Allow them three tools apiece. Hire a videographer to record them.
Then don’t let them out for three days.

The Art House Hop will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7 from noon to five. The event is a self-guided tour of seven different private collections in Yellow Springs, and will act as a fundraiser for the Yellow Springs Arts Council fundraiser.

Bronze Symposium coming to town
The Yellow Springs Experience: Bronze Sculpture Symposium will take place on the Antioch College campus for two weeks in October, featuring sculptors creating original abstract works that will be cast in bronze and later be given to the Village.
