    The third annual Yellow Springs 10-Minute Play Festival will be held on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 22 and 23, starting at 8 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church. This year’s event features eight original plays by local playwrights, local actors and directors.     Bill Lorenz died peacefully of kidney disease at his home in St. Louis, Mo. on Nov. 13. He was 86 years old.
