The installation is the last stage of the downtown streetscape project to take place this year and should be completed by Friday, according to Village Manager Patti Bates. An unveiling of the new lights and artistic trash cans, commissioned from artists Beth Holyoke and Kaethi Seidl, will take place downtown at 10 a.m., Friday, Dec. 12.
