Fundraiser for Palestinian aid organization set
A soup supper fundraiser to raise funds for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, or UNRWA, will take place Saturday, March 2, 5:30–7:30 p.m., in the social room of Rockford Chapel on the Antioch College campus.

Longtime local resident and Korean War veteran Joe Lewis, 93, was honored for his service in the United States Air Force with a brief ceremony Friday, Jan. 26, at Friends Care Community, where Lewis currently resides.
