  After becoming a personal trainer in 2013, Kyle Truitt has worked to help people meet their fitness goals. Since then, he has moved venues several times. Earlier this month, Truitt moved his gym, Truitt Fitness, to 888 Dayton St., Suite 103.

  Chamber Music in Yellow Springs will open its 2026–2027 season Sunday, Sept. 20, with a 4 p.m. concert by Calidore String Quartet.

  Wheeling Gaunt Day 2026 will take place Saturday, Sept. 12, and will include a slate of activities honoring the 19th-century land owner and philanthropist who purchased his freedom from enslavement before settling in Yellow Springs.
