On Wednesday, Aug. 13, the Greene County Board of Elections certified the following issues and candidate petitions for the upcoming Nov. 4 general election.

Paul R. Cooper died peacefully on July 6, 2025, at the age of 102 years. He lived most of his long life in the village of Yellow Springs.

Pegene “Peggy” W. McPhaden, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2025.

Shirley Ann Strohm Mullins took her last breath on Aug. 7, 2025, at 90 years young. She was surrounded by family, friends and a lot of joyful music and laughter during her last few days here on earth.

Delois Wesley Rouch, affectionately known as “Wesley,” was born on Oct. 9, 1942, in Springfield, Ohio. He passed away on Aug. 15, 2025, in Greene County, Ohio, leaving behind a legacy of love, music and unwavering moral integrity.
