    Ruth Bent and Al Denman want to keep the local potluck tradition going by throwing community feasts on March 14, April 11 and May 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church’s Westminster Hall, 314 Xenia Avenue.     Erik and Deirdre Owen had looked for ways to support the local arts community as well as share their home, an Italian villa on an historic estate. By turning their spacious home into an “art bed and breakfast,” they believe they now have accomplished both.
