Delois Wesley Rouch, affectionately known as “Wesley,” was born on Oct. 9, 1942, in Springfield, Ohio. He passed away on Aug. 15, 2025, in Greene County, Ohio, leaving behind a legacy of love, music and unwavering moral integrity.

Founded in 1946 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Troop 162, which includes members from Yellow Springs, has a long tradition of building youth leadership skills, encouraging ethical decision-making and, above all, having fun.

Joy Christine Bartenstein, of Yellow Springs, Ohio, passed away Aug. 8, 2025, surrounded by four generations.

Stephen Taylor Richeson passed away July 31, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. Born on July 30, 1954, he made it one day past his 71st birthday.
