Juliet Walker (Liddle) Hennessy, age 97 of Yellow Springs, Ohio, passed away Jan. 10, 2025.

The Yellow Springs Theater Company is accepting script submissions for the 2025 annual Ten-Minute Play Festival, featuring a selection of plays no longer than 10 minutes.

A fatal shooting occurred in Yellow Springs on Friday night, Jan. 10.

According to a statement from the Yellow Springs Police Department, officers performed a welfare check at a residence in the 1200 block of Livermore Street at approximately 11:21 p.m., and upon arrival, discovered a person with apparent gunshot wounds.

Though “design” is often considered in the aesthetic sense, local resident Molly Finch has a broader perspective on the term. That perspective is shaped by her new business, Goldfinch Garden Design.

Arianna, also known as “Baby Ari,” lived a very short but happy life.
