• Harris retrospective set

  A potluck and retrospective will be held Saturday, May 31, in memory of Ronald C. Harris, who passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, at the age of 57. The gathering will be held from 1–6 p.m. at Prethers Lodge in Clifton, and those attending should bring a favorite dish, or one of Ron’s favorites, to share.

  Any local resident downtown on a beautiful spring weekend such as we’ve experienced in recent weeks can attest that the sidewalks, shops and restaurants are filled with people who hail from other zip codes. What their presence means to the life of the village is a topic of ongoing discussions.
